Wood Chip Dryers Series TH

Our TH dryers are indirectly heated tube bundle dryers and have been developed for drying of:

➔ wood chips,
➔ wood shavings,
➔ sawdust,
➔ bagasse.

These dryers are designed as horizontally rotating bundles. The heating surface consists of star-shaped heating tubes, which are combined into individual heating registers and each v-shaped welded to the circumference of the main shaft.
On the outer length of the bundle lifting and transport blades are mounted, through which the material is transported in the axial direction and continuously supplied to the heating surface. For heating either saturated steam, hot water or thermal oil can be used.
