Screw presses in conical design are suited for the pressing of:

Screw and sieve geometry
The screw and screen geometry is always tailored to suit the specific characteristics of your wet goods. This means we are able to dewater a wide range of different materials.
Put simply: All products that you can press in your hand can also be dewatered with our screw presses.
After defining the basic geometrical design “conical” or “cylindrical,” we promise that you’ll obtain the best possible dewatering results due to the careful choice of the compression ratio and the type of screen. With particularly demanding wet goods, the screens are also supported by reinforcement baskets and the screws are given a hard coating. This ensures stable pressing performance and a long service life even with these applications.
Test screw presses
By using our modular test presses, we will be able to find a suitable screw design for your wet product.
As a special service, Ponndorf also offers rental of various presses, so you can perform your own pressing tests at your site.
In order to check first whether mechanical dewatering is generally possible for your product, please send us a 3 kg sample of your product.
